Affordable Hearing Aids
Your hearing loss is unique, and so are you. The hearing aids that work for someone else might not be effective for you, even if you have similar hearing losses on paper. At Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center, we understand the importance of personalizing every part of your hearing treatment, including the choosing, fitting, and programming of your hearing aids.

Financing Options
We accept most insurances and most major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Exress. Financing available with approved credit.
A Variety of Hearing Aids
Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center is not dedicated to one particular hearing aid manufacturer. Instead, we carry hearing aids from all major manufacturers in the hearing industry. This allows us to fit people with what they need. If we were limited to just one brand, we wouldn't have the flexibility to offer every patient what's right for them. As an independent hearing aid distributor, we have so many more options. And if something doesn't work the first time, we can try something else until we find the right solution for you.

The Right Hearing Aids
We take care of people on an individual basis, meeting your hearing needs, your expectations, and your budget. We make a point of giving you options because your personal preference matters.
When you come for your appointment, we'll ask you questions about how and where you spend your time, because we want to make sure we understand what you need from your hearing aids. Hearing aid technology is available at different price points and levels of sophistication, from the simplest to the most cutting-edge. We will recommend hearing aids based on how severe your hearing loss is as well as questions like these:
- Are you in a public-facing position where your career requires you to speak with many people in noisy, unpredictable environments?
- Do you live in an assisted living facility and spend time in quieter spaces one-on-one with friends and family?
- Do you like keeping up with the latest technology and want to stream from your TV or phone directly to your hearing aids?
- Are you comfortable changing batteries on your own, or would you benefit from rechargeable devices?
CaptionCall
CaptionCall is a revolutionary telephone for anyone who has difficulty hearing on the phone. Hearing loss affects millions of Americans for many different reasons such as age, illness, injury, loud working conditions, and military service. It does not, however, have to limit the quality of their phone conversations. CaptionCall makes it easy to communicate confidently with friends, family and colleagues by phone.
Similar to captioned television, CaptionCall communication assistants use voice recognition technology to quickly provide written captions of what callers say on a large, easy-to-read screen. Plus, CaptionCall offers exceptional sound quality with amplification and customizable audio settings to match an individual's unique hearing loss.
The CaptionCall phone, combined with free captioning service and our red-carpet service (free delivery, installation, in-home training by a friendly CaptionCall Trainer, and ongoing customer support) enables people to use the phone again with confidence.
Hearing Aids for Your Budget
We want you to get the highest quality hearing aids at a price you're comfortable with. We never try to talk you into hearing aids you don't need. We respect you, and our goal is to educate you so that you can make a decision that fits your needs.
We don't try to be the cheapest option in town, but we do strive to be the best. If you pay a little more for higher quality hearing aids, you'll be more satisfied with the results. The lowest price won't necessarily make you happier. But we always keep your budget in mind, and we won't pressure you into buying something you can't afford. We believe it's all about finding a balance.
Hearing Aid Styles
The style of hearing aid you purchase won't affect the overall price tag, but it can affect how happy you are with the end result. Hearing aids generally fall into two categories: behind-the-ear styles or custom-fit in-the-ear styles. Choosing between these two styles is a matter of personal preference and what's best for your hearing loss.
When it comes to hearing aid styles, we go with what you're comfortable with. If you've never worn hearing aids before, you'll probably find receiver-in-canal hearing aids to be the best option. These are extremely popular, discreet, and comfortable. But if you've spent years wearing custom-fit hearing aids that go inside your ears and you prefer them, then that's what we'll keep you in, as long as it properly addresses your hearing loss.
What to Expect
We work with you as a team to make sure you get the most out of your hearing aids. Hearing aids cannot cure your hearing loss. Instead they allow your brain to process and understand sounds when you are wearing them. It can take time to adjust to new hearing aids, especially if this is your first pair, but the end result is worth it.
Our job is to help you hear and understand better. Your job is to wear your hearing aids and let us know if you're having trouble with anything. If you leave your hearing aids in a drawer and don't wear them, there's not much we can do to help. But as long as you're ready and willing to do your part, we will do everything we can to improve your hearing.
