Dr. Brenner is a good person and a good doctor, he loves to help people with their hearing problems like helped me out with my hearing problems because I was born toned deaf in both ears and now I can hear a lot better with hearing aids I have now.

I went to Texas State Hearing Aid Center to have my hearing checked. Before the test all the ear wax was removed - quite a lot!
Test showed very little high frequency hearing loss. No hearing aids were needed.
I appreciated the way all aspects were explained and the honest opinion that nothing further was needed.

This company is knowledgeable and understands how impaired hearing affects both the afflicted, but also the family and associates. They pair the aid with phones and other devices and welcome the client to return as often as needed. Went to Abilene to go shopping, coming home in the car, noticed the sounds coming from my car.....thought it was going to shut down. Finally home and couldn't believe all the sounds from the birds, was I in a jungle?? Yes I got my hearing aids and oh what a difference in hearing!!! One ear with 50% and the other was 30% of hearing, I felt like I was given a second chance of living!!

What a great experience working with Greg Brenner, his wife and daughter. Hearing evaluation was very thorough and details were explained as the evaluation proceeded. Love my new hearing aids, old ones were six years old. These new Unitron DX Moxi R3 hearing aids are state of the art and amazing. I'm hearing things I haven't heard in years. Music again! Highly recommend Texas State Hearing Aid Center.

While on vacation, my wife's Signia hearing aid wax guards needed to be replaced, but we didn't have any spares. As we were traveling through Abilene, we went to Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center to ask about buying replacement guards.
Erica was extremely competent, cheerful, and kind in helping us. She sold us the correct guards at a fair price and offered to clean the hearing devices and install the new filters as a complimentary service.
This was a great customer service experience! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

If you need to stop Asking the What then Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center is the company to go to. I rarely give perfect but this office definitely deserves a 10. The office Receptionist is accurate, professional and completely efficient in her work. I mention here that she's also very personable. Mr. Brennan truly cares about your hearing. He knows what he is doing and I'll continue my care at his office.
